VisionMR Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Publisher", "you") and VisionMR ("VisionMR", "we", "our", or "us") governing access to and use of https://visionmr.ai and all related services, dashboards, APIs, offerwalls, survey systems, reward platforms, and integrations (collectively, the "Services").

4. Publisher Responsibilities

  • Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Publishers must not incentivize fraudulent or automated activity.
  • Publishers are responsible for how rewards are granted to their users.
  • Publishers must ensure their users agree to applicable privacy disclosures.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, automation, or deceptive practices
  • Generate invalid traffic or fraudulent survey participation
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access unauthorized systems
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

VisionMR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if violations are detected.

6. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are provided at the discretion of participating publishers or partners. VisionMR does not guarantee reward availability, eligibility, or completion outcomes.

We reserve the right to reverse or withhold rewards in cases of fraud, invalid traffic, or policy violations.

7. Anti-Fraud and Invalid Traffic

VisionMR uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect abuse, duplicate participation, automation, or invalid traffic. Accounts or integrations suspected of fraud may be restricted without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Content and Surveys

The Services may include surveys or offers provided by third parties. VisionMR is not responsible for third-party content, eligibility decisions, or survey outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, technology, and content provided through the Services remain the property of VisionMR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VisionMR does not guarantee revenue, survey availability, or performance outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionMR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VisionMR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
